Support a Charity

There are so many worthwhile charities that need financial support that over the last five years we at CMTS have organised and financed our own charity events to provide money where we believe it was needed at that time.

These events have included the following:

• Canoe the channel – in surf canoes!
• Walk Hadrian’s Wall – Tynemouth-Bowness on Solway
• Cycle Hadrian’s Wall – Mountain Bikes
• The South Downs Way – Mountain Bike
• The Coast to Coast – C TO C Mountain Bikes

We are at present committed to supporting the National Library for the Blind through their Adopt a Book programme. In 2007 we are planning another event to raise money for the NLB as well as our annual support.
